Black Swan's Cement Swabs are used with large diameter pipes. Most of the time the applicator supplied with most solvent cement cans is too small so our Cement Swabs are the solution. By using this small applicator, the cement will not be supplied quick enough and the probability of making a successful connection is decreased.
