All thermoplastic ball valves shall be Copper-Tube-Size sealed unit type constructed from CPVC Type IV Cell Classification 23447. All O-rings shall be EPDM. All valves shall have double stop polypropylene handle. The valves shall be manufactured in the USA by an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer and shall carry the NSF® International seal of approval for potable water applications. All valves shall be pressure rated at 100 psi for water at 180 deg Fahrenheit as manufactured by Spears® Manufacturing Company.
