Technicians will develop improved customer communication skills and learn how to drive customer satisfaction, sales leads, and referrals through a defined service delivery procedure. This process will help technicians reduce callbacks, improve revenue generation, and increase job satisfaction while increasing their overall value to the company.
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that a commitment fee of GE Dealers $500.00 per person | Non-GE Dealers $750.00 per person will be charged to your Capitol Group account. Payment is due upon receipt. Fee includes: training, course material, food, and beverage.
