To convert your standard UBXC or UDXC from a standard power vented unit heater to a separated combustion unit heater, a conversion kit is required. It is a field-installed kit. When you are converting to a separated combustion installation, concentric venting is required. Vertical vent kit CC2 or horizontal vent kit CC6 is required as well.
For all UBXC/UDXC150-400 models, the 1043106 and the 205896 CC2 or 211763 CC6 vent kits is required.
The 1043106 SC1 conversion kit includes everything you need to convert your standard power vented UBXC or UDXC to a separated combustion heater. The vent kit required is sold separately and dependent on your installation (vertical or horizontal) needs.
