Sioux Chief 660-X2B

Protect your plumbing with this Sioux Chief MiniRester water hammer arrestor. This size AA unit dissipates the calculated kinetic energy that is generated by quick-closing faucets / valves. This helps maintain the water pressure inside of pipes. It is designed to be installed at any angle on both hot and cold supply lines, and it does not require an access panel for installation.

This unit has an arrestor body made of type L copper tubing with a lead-free brass fitting. The poly piston absorbs shock and has two EPDM O-rings for a secure seal. This model comes with a 1/2" PEX crimp connection that is compatible with press fittings or push fittings. It withstands temperatures up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has a maximum working pressure of 250 PSIG. It is also burst tested for up to 1,500 PSIG.
